BRIAN E. TURLINGTON
Brian represents the firm’s
clients on a broad range of civil litigation, employment and land use matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Brian practiced in the U.S. Virgin
Islands, where he focused on complex litigation defense and corporate
transactional work. Brian also worked in the business and legal affairs department
of a large recording company and was president of the Duke University Law
School’s Sports and Entertainment Law Society. His prior
experience includes several years as a consultant to the Czech Republic’s
Ministry of Environment’s Economic Tools Division and as a writer
for
The Prague Post covering the arts and the emerging non-profit sector
in the Czech Republic. Brian also managed a successful contemporary music
ensemble and worked for a recording company while in Prague. He is
conversationally fluent in the Czech language.
