RONALD F. SCHOLL

Ron's practice focuses on general civil litigation, arbitration, and mediation, with an emphasis on cases that demand mastery of complicated technical subject matter. He has multiple engineering degrees, a scientific research background and over 30 years of litigation experience, making him uniquely suited to handle a wide variety of complex matters, including cases involving manufacturing processes, product design and testing, environmental sciences, computer science, and construction methodology. Ron has worked with and is sensitive to the concerns of clients who market their products and services nationally and internationally and whose litigation matters may require coordination and careful attention to issues with the potential for greater than local impact. Ron has represented a variety of clients, including manufacturers of automobiles, construction materials, machinery, chemicals, and a wide variety of other consumer and specialty products. Ron is the coauthor of four U.S. Patents (as inventor) and has coauthored scientific and engineering peer reviewed articles appearing in the Journal of Applied Physics and the Review of Scientific Instruments.
