AMBER D. PASSNO
Amber practices in both the employment
and litigation groups at Fenton & Keller. She represents employers in regard to wage order compliance, drafting
of employee handbooks, general employment policies and practices, and the defense
of employee claims at both the state and federal levels. She is a regular
presenter of employment-related training and seminars. In addition to
her employment practice, Amber also handles a wide variety of general
civil litigation matters for clients ranging from individuals to large
public entities at both the trial court and appellate court levels. Before
joining the firm in 2005, Amber practiced business law and civil litigation
in the Napa Valley, where her clients included many prominent members
of the wine industry.
