JAY P. MENCHACA

Jay handles a wide variety of general civil litigation matters for firm clients, including business, construction, insurance defense, casualty, environmental, contract, real property, landlord/tenant, probate, trust and estates litigation. He has assisted in the handling of complex litigation matters, has successfully participated in numerous mediations, and has been involved in negotiating complicated and difficult settlements in multi-party cases. Jay’s varied breadth of experience before beginning his legal career includes working as a law enforcement officer in California and as a political consultant in San Antonio, Texas. Jay is fluent in Spanish.

Admitted to the California Bar in 2000; admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
