DENNIS G. McCARTHY
Dennis’ practice focuses
on civil litigation, including employment, commercial, and probate and
estate litigation. Dennis has represented employers in matters involving wrongful discharge,
sexual harassment, age discrimination litigation claims
under the Americans with Disabilities Act and state wage and hour
laws. He works closely with clients in the healthcare, agricultural
and other industries responding to a diverse range of legal challenges.
In over 24 years of practice, Dennis has earned a reputation as an effective
advocate and has developed the expertise and skills necessary to economically
and efficiently resolve disputes through settlement or trial. He
is well known and respected by colleagues and the judiciary. He has been
active as a director, officer and coach in local youth sports leagues and the Big Sur International Marathon. Dennis also serves on
the Parks and Recreation Commission for the City of Monterey.
