THOMAS H. JAMISON
Tom has 30 years experience with
the firm representing property owners, developers, and other clients in a
wide variety of land use, real estate, environmental, and water law matters,
focusing on major development projects. He has served as lead land use counsel
in obtaining the entitlements for and implementing major resort and recreation
projects, commercial retail shopping centers, residential subdivisions, and
public institution projects, as well as significant local water regulatory
issues, on the Monterey Peninsula, in the Monterey Bay region and beyond. Tom taught law at the Monterey College of Law, lectured on land use law for
the California Association of Economic Development Commissions, and participated
as a presenting panelist on real estate development issues at the California
State Bar convention.
