KATHERINE M. HOGAN
Katie’s practice focuses on employment law and civil litigation. She represents and counsels clients on a variety of workplace issues, including discrimination and harassment, wage and hour law, accommodation of disabilities, medical leave, labor negotiations, hiring and discipline, unemployment insurance, privacy, and employment policies. Before returning home to the Monterey Peninsula to join Fenton & Keller, Katie managed a legal services office in the Central Valley. She has clerked for the National Labor Relations Board and volunteered with legal aid organizations.

Admitted to the California Bar in 2003; admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California and the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
