JOHN S. BRIDGES
In his 21 years of practice, John has guided many clients
through the complex environmental review and permit approval processes
for development projects ranging from major subdivisions, resorts,
and mixed use commercial centers to single-family residences. John has
considerable expertise in all aspects of planning, zoning, subdivision,
and CEQA law. He also has extensive experience with many of the coastal, scenic,
biological, historic, and water resource issues unique to land use matters
on the Central Coast. John is familiar with the regulations and procedures of the many local, regional and state agencies that regulate development in the Monterey Bay region and has developed professional relationships with agency staffs and decision makers. John applies strategic thinking
to every project and understands the role of litigation in the land use
approval process. John regularly collaborates with other experts, including
architects, engineers, biologists, hydrologists and other environmental
consultants.
John’s clients include both individuals and businesses including those involved in agricultural and industrial activities.
